We work alongside in-house and outside counsel in breach-of-contract and business-tort disputes for companies and individuals, as plaintiffs and defendants. We support the team from early case assessment through discovery, motions, trial, and appeal, as well as in arbitration and mediation.

Commercial disputes land on top of a business that still has to run. Executives are pulled into discovery, and the relationship at the center of the case may be one the company still depends on. We organize the contract history, project record, and communications around the disputed issues: what the parties agreed, how performance changed, and which evidence supports or undermines each claim. An experienced litigator directs that work and uses it to help the team identify the strongest arguments, confront the weaknesses, and make informed decisions about discovery and settlement.
